Call for Papers
The 2024 Annual Meeting of
the Japan Society for Medieval European Studies (JSMES) at the University of Toyama
15-16 June 2024
The 2024 annual meeting of the Japan Society for Medieval European Studies will be held at the University of Toyama on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 June 2024.
Proposals are invited for papers (30 minutes in Japanese or English) on topics in the area of medieval European studies.
Any member of the JSMES (or the Medieval Association of the Pacific) can submit a paper proposal. (A typical paper session consists of 4 or 5 individual papers.)
The deadline for submission is midnight, 30 November 2023 (0:00 AM of 1 December 2023) JST (GMT +9 hours).
Decisions on acceptance will be announced by email by the end of December 2023.
Overseas members and those currently living outside Japan can give a paper online (in real time).
